Last weekend was the first weekend of May. In the Tanner household this has come to represent Justin's first non tax season weekend in the last couple of months. We like to get away and just relax. This year we went down to Kim's families farm in High River and spent some time with her family there. On the Satuday night Kim, her mom and sister actually went into Calgary to see some figure skating show like Stars on Ice or something like that. Justin is not into that kind of thing, no offence to anyone who is, but it is just a bit fruity for him. As such, he volunteered to stay home and play with Autumn. We had a blast as you can see from the pictures. Autumn loved
her grandpa Hirsche's dog Sammy and she loved the feel of the grass when she sat on it. She seemed totally facinated and distracted with all the birds, cows, cats, dogs and other farm critters. She loved watching the geese landing on the river behind the Hirsche Ranch. Needless to say it seems like she loves the outdoors and just getting the fresh air. Right now however she is home bound for a couple of days with a mild case of bronchitis in one of her lungs. The poor girl has a really nasty cough and a runny nose but she still seems pretty darn happy. We are all looking forward to seeing everyone this summr and getting reaquainted with all our brother, sisters, neices nephews and cousins. We have a pretty busy summer planned with trips to Idaho, Cardston, Canmore and High River so needless to say we are excited. Looking forward to seeing everyone soon, love Justin, Kim and Autumn
